The RT510 Automated Media Preparation System functions as a lightweight high- efficiency solvent-handling system that operates with most dissolution meters. The system combines heating functions and degassing and dispensing functions into one process so operators no longer need to perform manual steps to complete media preparation and save time. It enables fast and efficient media preparation through its ability to degas unlimited volumes at a rate exceeding 900 mL per minute. The system performs accurate control to produce consistent solvents that have oxygen levels under 3 ppm. The platform makes it easy for laboratory teams to operate efficiently.
